Yu Kurosaka, who has deuteranopia, actively pursues the diversity of color vision as one of his themes.

Yu Kurosaka's works so far have been particularly impressive with motifs such as a palm tree, a shower, a bat and a car.
In this exhibition, he created and exhibits paintings that make visitors conscious of colors, in order to clarify the theme of his works "aiming to establish 'colorblind painting' ".
Please take a look at the latest works by Yu Kurosaka who keeps trying.

Artist statement
Color is often used in communication as a common language, but it's just one aspect and not the whole.
I think that being absolute, lonely and uncommunicable is also the nature of color.
A painting is not drawn to convey something.
A color is a color, and a painting is a painting, even if it doesn't reach anyone.
